Frequently Asked Questions
How do I invite my co-parent?
Go to Settings → Family → tap Invite Co-Parent and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation email with instructions to create their account.
How do I connect my bank account for Stripe payments?
Go to Settings → Payments → Stripe Setup and tap Connect Bank Account. This is required to receive Stripe payments. PayPal payments do not require bank account connection.
How do I generate a PDF report?
Go to Reports, select a date range, and tap Export as PDF. You can download it directly or email it to any address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CoLedger and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note that shared financial records are preserved for your co-parent as required for legal and financial documentation.
